Abstract
When it comes to start-ups, the only two perceptions that seem to be shared worldwide are their importance for economic growth and their ability to deliver innovative ideas, products, and services. Intending to achieve economic growth, self-sustainability, and a newer economy developed based on knowledge and innovation, developed and developing countries practice various mechanisms to sustain their entrepreneurial environment and keep doing so 21st century. Concurrently, nations worldwide exploit the most excellent techniques and strategies to make entrepreneurs become future leaders. Internationally, the incubation domain is witnessing dynamic changes from its primary job of start-up facilitation and entrepreneurship promotion. The incubators' functioning changes in terms of their approach to promoting start-ups, their ability to influence the ecosystem and improve the new ventures' functionality so that start-ups actively contribute to society.
